Library Collections
Main Collection
The Trustee Library houses a print collection that supports the curricular needs and mission of the university. In addition to the main stacks, the library also provides access to a reference collection, as well as musical scores and journals and theses in print. In addition, audio-visual materials (CDs, VHS, and DVDs) are available and may be requested at the circulation desk.
Curriculum Lab
The Trustee Library curriculum lab contains juvenile and young adult fiction and non-fiction. These materials can be checked out by any current student or employee but may be of particular interest to students in the College of Education.
Online Collection
The library provides access to thousands of online materials. Search the online catalog, LibGuides, and our Databases A-Z list to get started.
Rare Books & Special Collections
Brenau University Rare Books & Special Collections is a unique and exciting university resource, housed in the Trustee Library. Consisting of three separate collections -- the Bentley Rare Book Gallery, the Watson Collection, and the Special Collection – this repository is a learning space and preserver of the rich culture of the printed word.
The Trustee Library welcomes faculty and students to use this resource and learn more about what the university’s Rare Books has to offer. Items in these collections cannot be checked out but may be viewed by making an appointment. Contact us at library@brenau.edu for details.
